Stanley Walter
Stanley WALTER was called in the Bar 1975 in Geneva.
He obtained a Master of administrative law and worked four years for the Geneva State before joining the law firm of the former Head of the Geneva Government, Henri Schmitt.
He has been advising dynamics companies operated by successful businessmen; also a Ministry abroad for many years.
He is involved, always as a lawyer, in international and local litigations.
He has steadily developed expertise in the field of administrative law.
Jacques Pagan joined the Geneva Bar in 1970.
He graduated from the Geneva University faculty of law.
He worked at Me Roland NIKKLAUS’ law firm before joining the legal department of BANQUE PRIVEE SA.
He then worked for seven years at the General Secretariat of the Department of Economy (State of Geneva) and then joined the law firm of the former Head of the Geneva State, Henri Schmitt.
In addition to his professional activity, he created and lead the UDC political party in Geneva. Furthermore, he was elected national and cantonal parliamentary, he participated in the drafting of the new Geneva constitution; he is currently a City Parliament councillor.
He has also been a judge in the Geneva Appeal Committee for decisions concerning foreigners. He is currently an Associate Judge in the appeal administrative body.

Anthony Walter was born in 1979. He graduated (magna cum laude) from the Fribourg faculty of law in 2001 and was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2004. He also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2011.
Prior to joining the law firm in 2013, Anthony Walter worked for the legal department of an auditing firm and of financial institutions. He also performed financial analyst activities for an asset manager.
His practice focuses on financial law, in particular asset management (investment funds and transactions); he advises financial institutions on regulatory and legal issues; he is also active in real estate law (development, lease and construction law).
